Kessho is our new venture in Austin since 2023. Job Responsibilities: • Operation Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food trucks, including food preparation, layout and hygiene standard execution, customer service, and sales transactions. Ensure profitability and financial health of the food trailer. • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a food truck, food trailer, or quick-service restaurant. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully.
