Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute eye-catching in-store setups that drive product visibility and enhance customer engagement.Be the face of Marvin at trade shows and industry events, clearly articulating our brand values and the benefits of our products.Build and nurture relationships with event organizers, venue managers, and retail partners to create successful collaborations.Assist in crafting and implementing innovative event strategies and promotional campaigns.Manage all logistics for events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and product samples.Monitor competitor activities and market trends during events to gain valuable insights.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute event-specific promotions and marketing materials.Train and oversee event staff, ensuring they embody Marvin's standards of customer service and product expertise.Essential Skills
