We believe that sports play a powerful, community building part in society and we work with the purpose of amplifying the social experience around gameday. You will be expected to build strong relationships with guests and lead hourly game day staff and other office staff. • Provide guidance and support to hourly staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service during game day events. • Update and maintain customer logs to be shared with vendor or operations team for improved communication and service delivery.
