The successful candidate will be responsible for all coordination activities around creating and managing Request for Proposal (RFP) response documents for K12 district and state-level curriculum bids. This role will successfully communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders including, Program Management, Sales, Engineering leads and other subject matter experts, as well as District Procurement leads, purchasing, and Department of Education agencies as needed - and thus, is a highly visible role. The RFP and Events Coordinator should exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to generate creative ideas while working both independently and collaboratively. • Direct proposal and event kickoff and debrief meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and lead the project management process for all phases of proposal development.
