This position involves managing the coordination and execution of event scheduling at Russell House University Union, one of the key student life hubs on campus. Additionally, the Coordinator leads and supervises the student Event Reservation Specialist Team, managing event requests, and ensuring compliance with university guidelines. Preferred qualifications include experience in a university setting, knowledge of event planning software, and an understanding of student development theory. • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job-related field • Minimum two years of relevant job experience or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department • Ability to handle multiple event requests and client interactions professionally and accurately • Strong communication and organizational skills • Commitment to supporting inclusive student life programs • Ability to supervise and lead student staff
