Alternatively, the position may include designated weekly hours as assigned and agreed upon—typically up to 20 hours per week, or up to 40 hours during peak event periods. • Serve as the lead planner for all events, overseeing the full event lifecycle including planning, coordination, execution, and post-event wrap-up. • Facilitate the planning and execution of key events including (but not limited to): • Four All-Staff Events Responsible for selecting a theme and leading a volunteer team to set up and clean up event elements such as tables, food stations, and a photo booth, if included. • One event is the Staff Christmas Party - Lead a team of staff volunteers in setting up and cleaning up tables, food stations, and related areas. For the Volunteer Event, collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator on event décor.
