Sales and Event Coordinator

Knowledge of marketing and experience writing sales proposals for marketing services is required. • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services • Collaborate with sales team members to create proposals that get signed • Collaborate with sales team members to handle customer inquiries and complaints • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records in CRM based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services in PandaDoc and CRM • Coordinate event participation and production • All other duties as assigned • Prepare sales or other contracts. • Experience or interest in coordinating events • Strong writing skills and experience creating sales proposals • Strong knowledge of marketing • Knowledge of marketing and creative services • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Excellent verbal and written • Excellent sales and customer service skills. • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
