Sales and Event Leadership Specialist

Job Description A Marketing and Event Leader is required to manage the growth of our customer base and support team growth by arranging promotional events and retail booths. Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplementary benefits • PTO at an accrual rate that equals 112.08 hours in a calendar year • 8 Paid Holidays PLUS a holiday off of your choice • 401k with impressive employer match • Opportunities for professional development and career growth • A vibrant and collaborative company culture that values trust and respect Event and Retail Responsibilities • Identify new event and retail opportunities within the community as needed • Develop relationships with Promoters • Work alongside Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure all event and retail shifts are attended • Ensure excellent customer service satisfaction and good client relationships • Update paperwork and trackers in a timely manner • Qualify sales leads by engaging with customers while at events and retail outlets • Meet or exceed sales goals outlined by management and grow our customer base to meet financial objectives • Support recruitment efforts through training and maintain communication with supervisors to support our recruitment funnel • Maintain excellent team communication and motivation to help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals • Support cultural development with the team through role modeling desired behaviors and techniques Promotional Marketing Roles • Book potential customers for a free no-obligation window consultation at various venues in your territory • Set up high-quality booth spaces at promotional venues • Work with supervisors to support Consultant integration with the events department • Communicate with other departments to ensure best practices are being maintained • Welcome customers and provide general information on products • Support the team with direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help the team reach goals
