They are responsible for the booking and planning of specific events and expected to maintain company standards, exceed customer expectations, and possess a high level of communication, collaboration, and determination. With three distinctive, premier downtown Indianapolis venues, we’re honored to... help clients bring their vision to life and leave a lasting impression on their guests. • Be Knowledgeable of Food, Beverage, AV, Pricing, Packages, Policies and Procedures of Venue and Company • Conduct Conceptual, Tasting, Final, and Receiving Planning Meetings • Create, Send and Update Diagrams and Banquet Event Orders • Upsell Linens and Services • Order Specialty Linens and Items In Time for Set-Up • Communicate Necessary Event Details and Changes to All Departments Involved in Food, Beverage, Count, Set-Up, or Timing Changes • Ensure Event is Set According to BEO • Greet Client and Introduce to Operations Event and Closing Team on Day of Event • Coordinate and Manage TimeLine on Day of Event According to BEO, Client, and Event Needs • Open Facility for Events and Office Days, as needed • Answer and Direct Phone Calls, as needed • Respond to Emails in Professional and Timely Manner • Respond to/ Greet Guests and Clients that Enter the Facility, as needed • Accept Deliveries, as needed • Turn on Lights and Music for Site Visits, as needed • File Previous Event Folders and Misc.
