Sales and Events Coordinator

This position will focus on the outside sales of the facility: including but not limited to weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate meeting and events. • Works in conjunction with The Kroc Centers Membership and Guest Services Coordinator with scheduling tours of the facility and organizing open houses for local civic groups, parties, and social groups. • Maintains rental agreements to include processing deposits/payments and refunds of deposits. • Working daily with individuals and groups selling facility rentals, several walking tours of the facility. Expected hours: 39 per week
