Sales and Events Manager

Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings - Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences... - Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning - Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues - Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event - Implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees - Upsell additional services or products to enhance the event experience Qualifications: - Proven experience in event management or related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets - Knowledge of guest services standards and practices - Familiarity with marketing techniques to promote events - Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
