The Role • Working alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager on function and event lead and conversions from initial concept development to event planning, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences • Conduct site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders, floorplans and post event evaluations. The Person • A proven track record in event sales and planning. • 4-5 years’ experience in a function venue, catering or hospitality or similar environment • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate teams of staff, vendors, and volunteers involved in event planning and execution. • Proficiency in event management software or strong IT skills
