Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities The Sales & Marketing coordinator supports the Sales, Events & Marketing teams on property. \\- Maintain event’s (Tripleseat/ Google) calendar for all departments including site visits, programming events, tentative holds and groups in house \\- Print and distribute BEOs on meeting and event days \\- Build, print and distribute Production schedule on meeting days \\- Answer inquiries/ qualify leads on group room bookings/room block questions from client \\- Ensure sales presentation materials and brochures are up to date and formatted correctly \\- Ensure website information is up to date and accurate \\- Ensure Tripleseat documents, prompts, and templates are up to date and accurate \\- Upload lost, confirmed, tentative client information into Triple Seat \\- Create and manage Tripleseat/ Revinate/ ALL marketing initiatives \\- Update menus as seasonal changes, pricing and offerings are made \\- Coordinate with Front Desk for site visits, event planner meetings, event day needs \\- Coordinate with Housekeeping for site visits, event planner meetings, event day needs \\- Compile monthly and weekly reporting \\- Pulling quarterly commision invoices from StayNTouch for sales \\- Responsible for coordinating, planning and booking all large restaurant reservations 15+ppl \\- Assist with social media management \\- Assist with on property marketing initiatives The Rest \\- General knowledge of TripleSeat and StayNTouch preferable but not required \\- Use in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite \\- Must have an outgoing personality \\- Must have the ability to work with a team \\- Must have strong communication skills \\- Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively \\- Weekends/Holidays/Nights Availability $20/HR Please apply by sending your resume.
