The Sales and Marketing Event Planner is responsible for planning and executing training events, promotional experiences, and internal and external learning programs that enhance customer experience and drive sales engagement. • Support execution of 10–15 training events annually, coordinate bi-annual dealer contests, and manage up to 3,000 dealer and internal participants across live and virtual training initiatives . Impact and Communication: • Enhance training program effectiveness through coordination of high-quality logistics. • Influence and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution and training delivery. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in event coordination, training logistics, or marketing support.
