Sales and Marketing Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities • Work directly with the Sales Director to support group sales, events, camps, and birthday parties • Serve as the in-park point of contact for groups and events, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process • Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 party hosts, providing direction and on-site support • Collaboration and assists in daily content for all social media platforms and including website content related to events, promotions, and park offerings • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional initiatives • Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may expand based on business needs and intern interests Preferred Qualifications • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with guests of all ages • Leadership ability and experience supervising or guiding small teams preferred • Social media savvy with an understanding of current trends and content creation • Organized, dependable, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working outdoors and on weekends or holidays as needed • Ability work on your feet in a fast – paced environment and perform effectively under pressure What You’ll Gain • Real-life experience in marketing, sales, and event operations • Direct mentorship from our Sales Director • Leadership experience in managing a small team • Portfolio-worthy social media and marketing work • Paid, hands-on internship in a fun, dynamic amusement park setting The job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive list of all work duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
