Sales & Event Coordinator

Stir Raleigh is now looking for a Group Sales & Event Coordinator to join our team... Group Sales & Off-Premise Catering Manage all incoming inquiries through the use of Tripleseat • Respond to all messages & group request within 24 hours • Ensure all inquiries are entered into Tripleseat Manage and execute group events Ensure all events or catering opportunities are underwritten according to budget • Grow group sales revenue with soliciting new group events with actively networking • Grow off site Catering • Manage and execute group events with price, budget, and communicate to restaurant management to approve • Pre and post follow up with guests • Maintain calendar bookings as well as follow playbook on table/room set up to ensure it is brand appropriate. What we're looking for in an Event Coordinator 1-2+ years’ experience Excellent communication Proven success in a high- volume restaurant Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution Must be able to stand for 8 hours Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
