Develop customized menus and pricing proposals tailored to each client. Manage event logistics such as venue setup, staffing, food delivery, and timeline coordination. Manage catering sales team, including training and performance evaluations. The successful Sales Event Coordinator will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, strong sales acumen with proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously, knowledge of catering operations, including menu planning, food costing, and service standards, and proficient in using CRM systems to manage client data and sales pipelines.
