Maintaining organization of office files and entries Communicating interdepartmentally to ensure details of group and corporate directives are executed properly Preparing sales-related reports, Resumes, and Banquet Event Orders Retrieving a complete understanding of the customer’s business needs to best meet the expectations of the client Performing hotel site tours with potential clients Other duties as assigned Previous sales, administrative, or customer service experience required Experience working with Opera, Delphi, and Hyatt systems a plus Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency required Excellent verbal and written communication required Previous hotel experience or Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills required Excellent judgment/decision making and time management skills preferred Energetic team player, with a desire to grow within hospitality sales You can discover all Knoxville has to offer from our Place.
