This role sits at the intersection of sales and events — you will be supporting our Director of Sales in managing the event pipeline and helping bring those events to life from the moment a contract is signed through the last guest out the door. Supporting the sales process — responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating site visits, and following up with prospective clientsManaging event details from signed contract through event day — communicating with clients, coordinating vendors, confirming timelines, and making sure nothing falls throughBeing present on event day — on-site from setup through breakdown, serving as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and the property teamKeeping our event management system clean and current — every lead, every note, every next step loggedStepping in to manage the sales inbox and pipeline when the Director of Sales is unavailableWhat we are looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys events and hospitality — the energy of a busy event weekend should excite you, not wear you outOrganized and detail-oriented — you are the person who notices what is missing before anyone else doesA confident, warm communicator — with clients, with vendors, and with the teamFlexible — this role includes evenings, weekends, and the occasional holiday.
