The Sales Event Coordinator is a key part of the team and drives the highest success in sales, coordination and management for events of all sizes. This candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to assist the Sales team in establishing new accounts and work closely with the team to ensure that their experience runs smoothly. Qualifications: • At least 2 years experience in Event Coordination • Ability to lift 50 lb+ consistently • Operationally and sales-savvy industry professional with demonstrated leadership in selling, managing, and executing events and assisting in the overall guest experience • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role, including email communication • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and establish credibility with clients, guests, management, senior management, and support staff • Ability to respond effectively to continuously changing demands • Effective use of discretion to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
