The Sales & Event Manager will apply their operations experience and team leadership skills to ensure that each IRHG hotel is providing a great experience for team members and guests and maximizing all hotel profit opportunities. The Sales & Event Manager has dual reporting responsibility to the hotel's general manager and to the home office director of events, catering, and rooms sales. • Work with sales teams to support major and critical developing client accounts • Inspire the Sales team to work collaboratively toward a shared vision, while providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities • Build high performing, cohesive, customer focused solutions sales teams.
