Cannery Hall is one of Nashville’s largest independent music venues, home to three live music stages and a dedicated private events space. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role for someone who knows how to sell experiences—not just space—and who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment environment. What You’ll Do • Sell and manage private events including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings • Proactively generate leads and close new business • Build relationships with event planners, DMCs, caterers, hotels, and local partners • Serve as the main point of contact for clients from booking through event execution • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and outside vendors • Oversee events on-site as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience Who You Are • 3–5+ years of event sales experience (venue, hotel, hospitality, or entertainment preferred) • Confident communicator with strong organizational and relationship-building skills • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple events at once • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Passionate about hospitality, live events, and creating memorable experiences Why Cannery Hall • Work at one of Nashville’s premier independent music venues • High-impact role with real ownership and visibility • Collaborative, hospitality-driven culture • Downtown location at the center of Nashville’s music and events scene
