Location: Persuasion Brewing, Downtown Modesto, CA Position Type: Part-time As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone dynamic to step into a multi-faceted role that touches sales, distribution, events, and social media. Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution • Maintain and grow relationships with current clients (bars, restaurants, retailers) • Research and connect with new potential accounts to expand our footprint • Coordinate beer deliveries and manage distribution logistics • Process payments, send invoices, and maintain accurate sales records Ideal Candidate: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Experience in sales, events, or hospitality (brewery experience is a bonus) • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work independently • Social media savvy, with a creative eye for content • Comfortable behind the bar and familiar with beer styles and service • Organized, reliable, and ready to grow with a small but mighty team Pay: From $18.50 per hour
