We are a fast-paced, growing transportation company serving the greater Boston area for almost 20 years and are seeking Outstanding People to join our team. • At least 50% of the work is focused on planning transportation services for weddings & corporate events • We receive leads for all our services from the event venues we work with, word-of-mouth referrals, our website, text messages, social media, and incoming phone calls • Utilizing our CRM, you will be responsible for the event process from the time a client contacts us until the wedding or event is completed, which generally includes the following: • Documenting all leads, qualifying them, and converting all viable leads to opportunities with perpetual focus on customer service. • You will work with our team and contribute to all sales and marketing efforts • You must be organized & disciplined to meet deadlines. Skills Required • Highly Organized and Detail-oriented • Strong quantitative skills • Self-motivated, excited about learning, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes • Professional telephone etiquette with strong communication and presentation skills are essential • Strong keyboarding and computer skills and comfort working with database tools • Ability to anticipate unforeseen challenges and make contingency plans • Must have strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in adjusting to changing schedule • Must be able to tactfully receive and favorably resolve issues that arise internally and externally with drivers, clients, or vendors.
