As a Sales Specialist, you will provide an engaging shopping experience, connecting athletes with the right apparel, footwear, and gear for their performance and everyday needs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging to understand their shopping needs, ensuring a world-class experience with clear, accurate product information that anticipates their needs and drives sales.Assist in onboarding and training new and existing team members, sharing best practices and exceptional selling skills as the subject matter expert in your assigned area of the store.Demonstrate effective execution of processes while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes feel engaged.Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by adhering to established plans for displays, signage, pricing, and inventory.Promote participation in company programs, such as customer loyalty initiatives and warranty sales.Create a welcoming store environment for both teammates and athletes, always treating others with respect while following safety, loss prevention, and operational protocols.QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years of experience in retail or a customer-facing role preferredVIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:
