• Generating and Following Up with Leads through in-house guests (greeting tours, talking with guests at breakfast, etc.) • Knows the competition well. • Prospect potential business using the resources available • Qualify all sales related calls • Book room group blocks of 20 rooms or less or meetings of 25 people or less • All events or meetings that require food and beverage to be passed on to Director of Sales and Catering • Oversee events and act as point of contact for any additional needs • Administrative Duties • Send group and catering contracts to clients • Follow up with groups (Thank you) • Create group blocks in ChoiceAdvantage and monitor pickup/cutoff dates • Actively participate in weekly revenue calls and BEO meetings • Source information such as pricing, promotions and in house groups of competitors • Maintain all files and detail BEOs.
