Traditions at the Links is a premier wedding, golf, and events venue known for exceptional service, beautiful spaces, and memorable celebrations. This role combines sales, event planning, and hands-on coordination to ensure successful events from start to finish. Responsibilities • Manage client inquiries, conduct venue tours, and guide clients through the booking process • Work directly with couples, families, and organizations to plan weddings, golf outings, and private/corporate events • Assist clients with menus, floor plans, décor ideas, and event details • Help with event setup, decorations, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution • Communicate closely with the floor manager and kitchen team to execute events seamlessly • Use basic Microsoft Word for contracts, proposals, and client communications • Operate a light POS system for event charges and client payments Compensation & Benefits • Starting salary: $50,000 • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off • Simple 401(k) plan • Dynamic, team-oriented work environment where every day is different ✨ This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the business side of events (sales, planning, client service) and the hands-on side (setup, decorating, execution)—making each wedding, golf event, or celebration unique and successful.
