We are seeking an Sales/Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities... • Manage existing, and create new social media platforms for Aria through posts, blogging, and various promotional content. • Field all sales calls and email inquiries • Tour property with clients • Book and contract events • Work with various client budgets while maximizing profits. • Conduct all planning appointments ie: menu revision, floor plan design, construction of itinerary, and scheduling future appointments • Design promotional brochures and literature for events hosted by Aria • Design promotional brochures and literature to obtain new clientele for weddings, special occasions, corporate meetings and galas Qualifications: • Strong Sales/Marketing skills • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields • Strong project managing skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to work well individually and in teams • Able to work in a fast paced and ever evolving industry • High level of written and verbal communication skills • Three years of experience preferred but not required in event planning and sales.
