This position is responsible for office event planning and management and overseeing the Reception and Concierge employees in the Seattle office, including supervising, scheduling, training, and overseeing their work associated with all office events. Duties: Manage and supervise Reception and Concierge staff, including hiring, feedback, and termination. Requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to handle stress calmly. Proven large event management and strong computer skills, especially in MS Office, are required.
