Overview: Our Product Sampling /Selling Event Specialist position presents & samples Boar’s Head Brand delicatessen products to consumers in local groceries throughout Savannah and the Lowcountry. Job Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills • Experience with food preparation/catering • Keep work area neat and clean; exhibit good food safety and sanitation practices at all times • Ability to operate a slicer (will provide training) • Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to different retail locations within assigned area throughout Savannah, Bluffton, Beaufort and Hilton Head. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours • Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs. Working Conditions • Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment • Must have an internet-enabled cell phone • The ability to work independently visiting various retail locations within 35 miles of your home.
