We are a firm of 6 full-time members that professionally are dedicated to helping our clients plan and succeed in retirement. Job Responsibilities Include • Conducts short and long-time planning and management for events • Develop, recommend budgets, marketing and merchandising plans, audio video components, speaker and guest logistics and other aspects of events • Conceives of and assembles creative and innovative event themes and attractions to enhance events experiences and goals • Books and inspects meeting facilities and other spaces and orders food necessary for events • Use marketing expertise to fulfill qualified attendance goals • Work hours as an independent contractor and there is no travel outside of the ATL area Coordinator Skills • Attracting prospects to seminars • Self-discipline and work effectively on simultaneous projects • Communicate well on the phone and email • Shows strong organizational skills • Powerpoint, Publisher and CRR systems • Must be able to work in a small team environment • 3-5 years of experience in seminar and event planning
