SEMINAR COORDINATOR & EVENTS PLANNER

Coordinate seminars, educational workshops, client appreciation events, dinners, and corporate functions from planning through execution Manage relationships with venues, restaurants, hotels, caterers, vendors, and other service providers Oversee attendee registrations, confirmations, communications, and follow-up Manage event logistics including reservations, room setup, audiovisual needs, signage, seating arrangements, catering, and travel accommodations when necessary Prepare event materials, presentation packets, agendas, promotional items, and attendee resources Maintain accurate event records, attendee databases, and RSVP tracking Coordinate closely with advisors and leadership to ensure successful event execution Monitor event budgets, vendor invoices, and payment schedules Support marketing initiatives related to seminars and client events Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues before they impact the attendee experience Ensure all events reflect the company's professional standards and brand image Previous experience in event planning, seminar coordination, hospitality, customer service, executive support, or project coordination preferred Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits Profit-sharing program Professional, team-oriented work environment
