Senior Associate Director for Student Centers, Conference and Event Planning

Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight and strategic direction for planning, implementing, and coordinating on-site management of over 20,000 complex meetings and conferences on both Main Campus and the Health Sciences Campus by managing the utilization of campus resources. Position Duties: Supervision & Administration (40%): Manage the Central Reservations Office. Relationships & Collaboration 15%: Provide support to all other space schedulers on campus regarding university event policies and procedures.
