You will oversee planning, setup, service, and teardown of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions and other events, directing banquet staff and ensuring impeccable guest service. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in banquet management at a large venue, strong computer skills with banquet software, and the ability to work varied shifts.
