Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of high-profile catering events, from initial client consultation to post-event analysis. Develop innovative and tailored event concepts, including themes, d cor, entertainment, and sophisticated menu design. Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service, guidance, and proactive communication throughout the planning process. Oversee event budgets meticulously, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability targets are met. Collaborate closely with culinary teams, venue partners, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services. Mentor junior event planners and contribute to the continuous improvement of event planning processes and standards. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in event planning and catering management . Demonstrated success in managing large-scale and complex events. Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
