What We're Looking For • Proven experience leading major conferences or large-scale events (preferably client-facing in a professional services or financial services environment) • A strategic thinker who can zoom out to shape a long-term vision—and zoom in to execute with precision • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and accountability • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Confidence working independently with limited oversight in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership position overseeing the firm’s full portfolio of events. • Collaborate with and work through the BGL Marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external business partners to manage, grow, and scale the firm’s Growth Conference in accordance with BGL’s overall growth strategy, business objectives, and target audiences. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
