Senior Director of Event Operations

The Senior Director, Event Operations is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for the overall management and execution of all events held at loanDepot park, home of the Miami Marlins. This role is accountable for ensuring successful delivery of Marlins home games as well as ancillary gameday and non-gameday programming, including sporting events, concerts, conferences, corporate outings, social gatherings, and other private and marquee events. This role is pivotal in managing internal teams, coordinating across departments, and collaborating with external partners and vendors to ensure exceptional event experience for guests and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of venue operations, including crowd management, guest experience, and logistical planning. • Proficiency with AutoCAD (e.g. event schematics and diagrams); program knowledge and the ability to work efficiently and effectively is a requirement
