Essential Functions • Manages strategic goals and initiatives by performing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual leader expectations, including operational reviews, budget oversight, huddle coordination, and performance evaluations. • Develops and implements system-wide security protocols, ensuring alignment with modern security and protection best practices to safeguard team members, patients, and visitors. • Ensures ongoing communication and coordination with contracted security providers to maintain consistent standards and clear expectations across all relevant facilities. Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Public Safety Administration, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field required.
