This role is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Catering in the operation of the catering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event management, including conference operations, participant service, and staff management. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or a related field.
