Our client, a prestigious hospitality group known for its exquisite events and exceptional service, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Event & Banquet Manager for their flagship venue in Des Moines, Iowa, US . You will be responsible for the seamless planning, execution, and management of all catered events, from initial client consultation to final invoicing. Your duties will include developing event proposals, creating detailed banquet event orders (BEOs), coordinating with culinary teams, venue staff, and external vendors, and overseeing event setups to ensure they meet client specifications and our high standards. You will manage budgets, control costs, and strive to maximize revenue opportunities for each event.
