The position of M&E Team Leader is responsible for directing and coaching the activities of exempt and non-exempt employees to ensure customer service levels and deliverables are achieved. Process Management: • Identifies, develops, and ensures implementation of SOP's, standard practices and process improvements. Requirements and Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in leadership of event or meeting management teams. • Prior meeting and events leadership in Life Sciences/Pharma. • Knowledge of meeting sourcing and planning required.
