This role is responsible for overseeing the setup and takedown of events, as well as performing a wide range of custodial tasks involving the use of cleaning equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise maintenance and custodial staff engaged in event set-up and take-downs, including monitoring performance levels and work quality, reporting issues of concern, and recommending discipline as appropriate. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local OSHA regulations and regularly perform equipment safety orientations and inspections, in conjunction with the Facilities Operation Manager. • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to conduct equipment safety orientations and inspections. The team lead will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
