Meeting and event coordination include but is not limited to communication with host or designee, engaging catering solutions and understanding budget, delivery date and set-up time. • Pre-meeting in room, quality check with the meeting host or their designee to ensure all meeting requirements are satisfied. • When AV failure occurs, event team members, in collaboration with the meeting host, identify suitable replacement room or reschedules the meeting.
