Event Planning Manager Role We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to join our team. Additionally, they will be responsible for resolving problems and suggesting alternatives to previous arrangements, while serving group and catering customers in a proactive manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret and negotiate contracts. • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of hotel sales experience • 1-year food and beverage experience • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts • Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office • Presentation of a professional appearance and confidence • Effective communication with public and other Team Members • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure • Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems Benefits
