Senior Event Executive, Hospitality

• **Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (2-3 days week in office) in one of our office locations - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Event Executive to develop and execute hospitality hosting programs for a key client in home improvement. This position offers broad industry exposure and hands-on experience. If traveling frequently excites you, this role is ideal. THE WORK YOU'LL DO Assist with event planning, research, on-site activation, and post-event wrap-up for hospitality programs Manage online guest registration systems and databases Develop templates and gather invitee information from clients Support budget management, reconciliation, and reporting Handle vendor payments, client invoices, and contracts Create personalized itineraries for various events Coordinate logistics including guest communication, décor, talent, accommodations, transportation, food & beverage, experiences, and gifts Research and recommend enhancements to guest experiences Distribute planning updates and meeting notes Report event results and develop wrap-up reports Assist with account management and client requests THE BIGGER TEAM YOU'LL JOIN Recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work in Sports," Octagon is a global sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing agency within the Interpublic Group.
