Senior Event Experience Manager

Our client, a premier event management company specializing in unique and engaging experiences, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Event Experience Manager to lead their operations in Boise, Idaho, US . This role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of high-profile events, from corporate functions and festivals to sporting showcases and private celebrations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unforgettable moments and a proven ability to manage all facets of event production, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into seamless and impactful events. Key responsibilities include developing event themes and concepts, sourcing venues, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing event staff and volunteers, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
