Qualifications • Event Management, Planning, and Execution expertise • Budgeting, Financial Management, and Vendor Coordination skills • Strong leadership, team supervision, and collaboration abilities • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in event management software and related tools • Problem-solving, contingency planning, and organizational capabilities • Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies for events • Experience in higher education or non-profit event planning is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
