Job Description • Establish trusted relationships with each client to ensure program objectives are met/exceeded and opportunities for repeat business and referrals are secured. • Serve as property liaison informing and managing all cross-property teams in support of every group program to ensure flawless execution. • Attend daily operations meeting, BEO meeting, group resume meeting, pre-conference meeting, post-conference meeting, and additional meetings as needed/requested. • Act as liaison between sales manager and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event) • Identify operational challenges and work with staff to solve those challenges and develop solutions • Assist and provide overall support in training and mentorship of events managers and coordinators
