Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding quality support to the marketing events and programmes run by the Client team • Work closely with your Client team point of contact on event data and audience development for multiple EMEA events • Spending time building and maintaining spreadsheets with extreme attention to detail • Work on spreadsheets updates, analysis, and heavy data for nominations and the delegate management process • Ownership of event reporting (during and post‑event) • Ownership and/or collaboration on project timelines and project plans, ensuring deliverables are met on time • Work effectively with external partners, creative agencies, and vendors, and internal cross‑functional partners, e.g. PR, Sales, Logistics, and other Marketing teams • Acting as a trusted project lead, reporting to our Event Director. • Creating high‑quality, high‑touch creative events that communicate brand value and build brand equity among advertisers and consumers. • Overseeing and managing internal teams or third‑party suppliers required for the event delivery - ensuring all project deadlines are adhered to and acting as quality control for the event work delivered • Consistent communication to the client with updates, status reports, and progress of projects against their objectives and scope About You We are an equal‑opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects.
