Senior Event Manager

The Senior Events Manager supports and may represent the Director of Event Management or Director of Event Planning & Operations in their absence and acts as a developmental role for future advancement to Director-level positions. Exceptional customer relationship management and client development skills Acts as liaison between field sales person and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event). Conducts pre- and post-event meetings as required to review/communicate group needs and feedback. Sales and Revenue Management Effectively up-sells products and services throughout the event process.
